Perfect and great price
Chia seeds are a great product, especially for vegans or vegetarians to try and get additional protein, fiber and essential minerals like calcium! These are great tasting, and can make chia puddings which are needed when dieting as they soak up water and become up to 12times bigger and will fill you up!
