The blue raspberry flavour is delicious, I'm finding myself going for extra gym sessions for an excuse to drink it! I only use one scoop and it gives a nice, subtle energy boost (and some mild skin prickling sensation), will order again.I think it works

After adding just half-spoon to my water bottle and drinking it before and during my HIIT class, I actually felt that I can do another class straight away and stayed for the 2nd class with 10 min break!
