Awful taste but seems to be working
Always best to be honest, this tastes awful on own , a friend tried it and couldn't finish it either so, I mix it in with my morning Ultimate Diet Breakfast Shake and its lovely, But I did try it with the "H" brand of shakes and wasn't nice was too sweet. I'm feeling less sleepy, more alert and feel way more active, my stomach issues seem to be improving , less bloat and I've also been sleeping a little better too. Its part of my morning routine and it shall stay that way. If only they could make it taste even half decent! Still get 5 star as the taste is I guess personal preference.Crikey
Short: I feel effing fantastic. Longer: over a decade ago, I was training fairly hard most days. Sometimes twice a day. Then age. Kids. Life. The gym was somewhere I went when I had time and the inclination. I've done better as my kids have started school, maybe 2x a week. But I was waking up groggy and my recovery after any exercise was noticeable. I assumed now in was 44, peri was kicking my ass. So I thought I'd try greens. I haven't even been drinking daily, but bugger. This is my 3rd week on them and I feel AMAZING. I'm at the gym nearly every day. I'm awake. I'm sleeping really well. I'm so so impressed and can only assume it's this as I haven't done anything else. The texture is a bit grainy, but add some ice, drink through a straw and done. It's already in my basket to buy on payday ready for May. I'm recommending this to everyone.Feeling great
Only been taking this 4 days and it's made me feel great! Much more energetic, even a bit less hungry. Also tastes fine enough just to drink with water. I mean it's not nice but it's not horrible. Love it defo buying gain next month!Sickening sweet
I just received it yesterday. I ordered the summer berries flavour, just to get kids to have some too because they don't get all the daily nutrients I wish they would. They said it's disgusting ( I used just a teaspoon) . I'll try to put it in the smoothie with some lemon juice. I hardly can swallow it. It's horrendous sweet. I'll try other ways to reduce the sweetness and hoping for these miracle benefits for my energy increase. I wonder if the original AI powder is not as sweet.?no artificial sweeteners
tastes like those raspberry multipack stabby cup drinks that you may or may not have had as a kid. Them cola, raspberry, bubblegum & shi ones. only peev is that it's expensive but its full of healthy shi I wouldnt touch with a ten foot pole otherwise so 5/5
