We recommend you use between 2-3 servings per day, or as required to meet your individual needs. Add 250-350ml of water or plant-based milk into your Protein Works shaker. Add one large heaped scoop (35g) to 250-350ml of water or plant-based milk, mix well and drink. The less water you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste

It is recommended that you consume between 2-5 servings per day, dependent upon your own personal needs. A serving would be classed as 35g (one heaped scoop) of Vegan Protein Extreme. It is recommended that you take 1g of protein per pound of body weight per day, so adjust your intake accordingly.

Keys signs to look for are the level of protein declared on the label. It should also be easy to mix and with little froth. Of course the ultimate way to know is from the results you get from taking the product.

    Love this flavour but as ice cream if you have a ninja creami or blend ur protien to make it in to ice cream this is a great flavour! I have tried most the flavours of vegan protien now and would say this is one of the best flavours. The strawberry and cream vegan one is also good but this is the best! I also like the vanilla but only as a shake it’s not the best flavour to use in things like the creami. Not a massive fan of the available vegan chocolate flavours have tried to like them as usually chocolate mad but just not doing it! Also if you are a coffee flavour person just go straight to their vegan coffee shake it’s the absolute best shake they have! And is unreal in the ninja creami!

    I used to love ProteinWorks. The now discontinued Chocolate mint and Chocolate hazelnut praline were by far the best flavours. The new range of flavours is horrid in comparison, the Chocolate digestive being the worst and the fruity flavours a close second (all very artificial, especially the Mango). It tastes like chocolate coated cardboard. Got my family to try it and they described it as cardboard tasting as well. A shame really as the powder itself smells good. I've also been getting really bad stomach aches & nausea with my most recent ProteinWorks orders. The only flavour I can now tolerate is the Chocolate silk - its good but nothing close to what the Chocolate hazelnut praline was like. Don't know what's happened to the taste panel at ProteinWorks, but this is the last time I'll be shopping here

    I was on the hunt for a chocolate mint protein shake that actually tasted decent and this did not disappoint!! And as someone’s already said, just like mint aero. Scoured so many reviews and diff sites but the 70% off sealed the deal for me lol. The blueberry cheesecake is also very good, really like that. So glad to have found a couple flavours that aren’t sickly or overly artificial tasting like previous flavours. I mix with 300ml soy milk and add powder last into my shaker and it’s a good consistency, not chalky.
