Choc Chip Protein Muffins

 

Choc chips, Peanut Butter and sweet syrups, what's more to love? These indulgent, chocolatey muffins are macro-friendly and totally delicious.

Protein Muffins

Ingredients

+ 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

+ 1/2 scoop Whey Protein 360 (Vanilla)

+ 80g Zero Syrups™ (Golden Syrup)

+ 1 medium banana

+ 1 large egg

+ 40g rolled oats

+ 2 tbsp flaxseed

+ 1 tsp vanilla extract

+ 1/2 tsp baking soda

+ 1/4 cup dark choc chips

 

 

How To Make

1. Preheat your over to 190 degrees. Line a muffin pan.

2. Blend all ingredients until creamy (except the choc chips). Once mixed, fold in chips.

3. Pour mixture into the muffin pan, half way up on each hole.

4. Bake for 12 mins. Done!
