Add 60g oats and 250ml unsweetened almond milk to a bowl, microwave for 2 mins. Stir, then add 50g liquid egg whites, a scoop of @theproteinworks chocolate silk whey protein 360 and 1tsp cacao powder. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes until thick and cakey.
