This ultra low-carb chocolate protein cake with vanilla casein frosting acts perfect for a birthday cake! The result is very interesting, check it out down below!!

1/4 cup whey protein powder
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/8 cup coconut flour

2. Right before sticking the two cakes in the oven, dunk 1 square (6.5g) of 100% chocolate in each of them to form a kind of chocolate heart. When the cakes were done, take them out, let them cool, and frost them.

  1. I have been following your site for quite a long time, but I haven’t actually made anything yet … I have to admit I’m a bit nervous about making a protein powder based dessert. Not all of them are doable for me though, as lot of your recipes include ingredients I don’t have (coconut flour, non-whey protein powders, gums etc.). Anyway, I’m commenting to tell you that I love that you added measures in grams! In my opinion it’s the best if the recipe has both volume and grams measures.
