Super Green Protein Smoothie

This is the ultimate super green smoothie with an added protein boost, there's always one waiting in the TPW kitchen in the morning to fuel our day. It takes less than 3 minutes to make and is a nutritional powerhouse - what's not to love? 

 

Ingredients

4g (1 scoop) Wheatgrass Powder

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein 80

Half Avocado

2 celery stalks

Handfull of Ice Cubes

 

How to Make

  1. Blend the avocado, wheatgrass, celery and ice untill nearly smooth. 
  2. Then add the whey powder, and mix well untill completly smooth. 
  3. You can either drink it straight away or pop it in the fridge for an hour for a super cool and icey smoothie!
