• 1/2 avocado
• handful of spinach
• 1 heaped tsp of TPW Cacao Nibs
• 1 heaped tsp of TPW Peanut Butter
• tbsp of TPW Oats
• tbsp of sesame seeds - optional
• half a cup of milk
How to make:
Simply blend until thick and creamy, add more or less milk depending on how you prefer it. Top with your favourite fruit and nuts.
