A full, hearty chick'n flavoured broth combines with spaghetti noodles, whole foods and sweetcorn to get your taste buds tingling.
Each SuperMeal recipe is created to deliver the perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre in an optimal ratio of 50:25:18:7 with all 26 essential vitamins and minerals your body needs.
Each SuperMeal is carefully created with only healthy, nutrient-dense whole food ingredients like vegetables, couscous, long-grain rice, avocado oil and grains that are packed with flavour and keep you full.
Making a SuperMeal is ridiculously easy. Don’t worry about prep; we’ve done it for you! For best results, make your SuperMeal with the Savoury Meal Jar.
Step 1: Give your pouch a good shake (this helps mix up the ingredients) and add your chosen meal and serving size to the Savoury Meal Jar (Don’t worry, it can cope with both serving sizes).
Step 2: Add the required amount of boiling water and stir vigorously.
Step 3: Cover and seal the jar with the bamboo lid and wait.
Step 4: Check after a few minutes (check the label for specific cooking times for each recipe) and give it a final stir and… presto!
