I bought this when it was on offer, so I managed to get a good deal. I chose the cherry limeade - like it mentions on other reviews it does taste similar to a cough medicine, but it is actually quite tasty. It makes a change from the usual apple, raspberry flavours!! I have noticed a difference in DOMS when using this, once I've finished this bag I'll buy another. Both may girlfriend and I are enjoying this! Can definitely tell a difference in my workouts and in recovery afterwards! ‘Cherry Limeade’ tastes like a metallic cough mixture from my childhood but I’m sure mixed with a juice will be just fine. Overall really pleased with the product and will definitely be purchasing regularly.

Bought Orange Burst flavour. Usually have 2 scoops in a full shaker before during and after workout. Find it mixes ok with a lot more water than directed; as the taste, although not unpleasant, is a little bitter. Works well to help maintain and develop lean muscle on a low fat diet.

Top quality bcaa supplement.
Yes it doesn't taste great, but Amino acids aren't supposed to, nor should they mix well, they're hydrophobic.
Other bcaa supplement powders may taste better but Chances are they won't be as effective

Really liked the flavour of the watermelon. Doesn’t give a big rush but feel does help your workout a little. Just make sure you seal the bag firmly, mine came open and lost a bit to the bottom of my gym bag

Don't exactly know what make it extreme but thought I'd give it a go. Though I didn't feel any more motivated during workouts, I did find myself lifting more and for longer so would have to say it works!

This is a great product to maintain muscle when shredding, I’m seeing great results and the flavours are delicious .
