Pear & Ginger Oats

Cold January early starts can test even the most dedicated fitness enthusiast.
For those who rise and grind early, reward those efforts and start your mornings right with these energizing Pear & Ginger Oats.



+ 45g of oats

+ 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

+ 1 pear (peeled and grated)

+ 1/4 tsp of ground ginger (or 1/2 tsp if you prefer a more intense spice)

+ 1/2 tsp of Maple Zero Syrup

+ 160ml of milk (I used coconut milk from a carton)

How to make:

1 Peel and grate the pear into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until completely combined. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy chilled for breakfast. Top with more pear and fresh fruit.
