Caffeine
Caffeine helps to increase alertness and helps to improve concentration. It's effects when combined with L-theanine are well-researched to deliver synergistic benefits. L-Theanine

B-Vitamins

Bit Expensive however
I wonder what the outcome is if taken daily and what it does to the brain. I’d never pay the full price and blue raspberry Is very popular & always sold out. I took it put it in the blender with ice to see if I could make a slushie. No such luck or maybe the ice wasn’t enough. I’m left with the Apple flavour. Very strong. Like other comments it does settle to the bottom but don’t waste it. Add more water and shake it around its prob the good stuff. If they worked on certain ingredients from not making this happen & can turn it into slushie form I’m down. However u could probably get away with one scoop but you’d miss out in all that goodness. 2 scoops is enough for me and I haven’t taken the cover off completely neither (I do this with milk to which seems to last so much longer than 3 days which is good you don’t like have to add anything like this) I’m amazed at the flavour considering it has zero sugar to. Also like other reviews 2 scoops in 300mg is still strong. I also made it with 700mg and it still had a strong taste so will add more as I don’t manage in my 2 litres & actually might try sparkling water & see if it does actually make it a game changer. I’ll let you know. Deffo No crash I was asleep within the hour but just had a relationship break up. Maybe if I had a normal sleep pattern. I do find it hard to sleep but I’ve been forgetting a Lot of stuff so be good to see how this works overtime. It does stain a little but what’s that compared to ur brain. So don’t throw away the stuff at the bottom just add more water and down that baby. . I’m only on my 3rd day but time will tell if my mental fog lifts. I’m the sort of person who does something then does something else then I’m like oh yeah I forgot I was hoovering and now I’m polishing taps. I forget what I did last week that scares me so anything that says diet & brain I’m down to try. I’m excited to see if overtime they play around with the ingredients of nootropics. If my predictive text knows what this word is then it’s obviously something & not some made up words companies make up. Do your research. Didn't feel immediate buzz but didn't have a huge crash afterwards. No awkward itching. Flavour was nice and extremely zingy.Best Flavour!
Flavour reminds me of Creamola foam I used to drink as a kid. Really tasty and helps give me a boost when I'm lagging. Highly recommendedWow!

I always buy from here protein & of course Thermopro gets me through my day even with at times severe mental health. started taking these and back to my energised self. I decided to try the Nootropic ENDLESS lucky enough there was a sour cherry bomb was not disappointed. Taste perfect to the point I never want them to stop making it. Not even finished drinking & had to give my feedback I’ve tried so many pre workouts no taste beats this thanks proteinworks
