What delivery services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of delivery options to fit your own personal requirements. Find out more about TPW™ Delivery Options.

Please note that CREATE YOUR OWN orders take slightly longer to despatch as they are prepared to order and mixed by hand to ensure you receive the freshest, purest and most personal service we can offer. These orders will be despatched within 48 hours of being placed.

Even if you place your order after 5pm, we will endeavour to despatch it that same day, although we are unable to guarantee this. Next Day Delivery unfortunately only applies to UK mainland. The highlands, bylands and Northern Ireland will take 48 hours to deliver.

 

 

Who do you use for delivery?

We partner with DPD, UK MAIL and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. DPD provide our premium service with some extra features such as text message alerts. DPD is a multi-award winning, time critical delivery service with an extensive UK network and an unrivalled service to Europe.

UK MAIL is the UK's largest independent postal service with a network of 50 sites and 3.500 vehicles to offer customers secure delivery options for parcels. A dynamic and forward thinking company, UK Mail is committed to pushing the boundaries of the postal and express parcel delivery markets and continues to launch a range of innovative delivery solutions.

European Deliveries are made via DPD.

What are your delivery times?

We realise how important your order is to you and it is just as important to us. This is one of the main reasons why we chose to partner with DPD and UK MAIL as our carriers of choice. DPD offer a premium delivery service with deliveries from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday through to Friday, with text message alerts. DPD offer a Saturday delivery service at a supplement. UK MAIL also offer 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday deliveries but offer the benefit of  an economy priced service with premium level security and tracking services.

 

 

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver throughout the UK as well as a limited number of locations in mainland Europe displayed in the Delivery Options! We would love to be able to deliver our products to all countries across the world but unfortunately we are limited by legalities and the cost of transport. If you are desperate to try our premium value, fantastic tasting and highly nutritional products, but live outside of those countries above then please call us on +44 845 467 2411 or drop us an email to Contact Us and we would be only too happy to pull together a quote for you. 

 

 

Will I need to sign for my order?

All our deliveries require a signature. This is to protect both you and us by ensuring your order can be tracked at all times. If you have friendly neighbours, you can, at the point of placing your order, enter further delivery instructions, such as "leave with number xx" and these instructions will be forwarded onto the driver. If for any reason you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the driver will leave you a card.

 

 

How do I set up an account?

Setting up your account is nice and easy. Just click on Register, input your name, email address, a password of your choice and then press SUBMIT located at the bottom right of the page. You will instantly receive a Welcome email to your nominated email address. When you place your first order you can add your delivery information which will then be stored for all your future purchases.

 

 

How do I set up my delivery address?

Adding your billing and delivery addresses into tour address book is straight forward. Simply go to Myaccount and you will be directed to your personal account DASHBOARD. On the left hand side you will find categories of your personal account information, including your address preferences, that can be added and amended by you at your leisure. Simply click on the ADDRESS BOOK tab which will open a new box where you can amend, add or remove delivery addresses.

 

 

How do I add a payment method?

Adding your payment details is straight forward. Simply go to Myaccount and you will be directed to your personal account DASHBOARD. On the left hand side you will find categories of your personal account information, including stored payment details, that can be added and amended by you at your leisure. For your personal financial security, we use a token system through Sage Pay, a PCI DSS Level 1 payment service provider. The Token System is a safe way of keeping card details securely, without actually storing them, as Sage Pay converts your sensitive information into a secure token or alias. Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Removing your email address from marketing offers is straight forward. Simply go to Newsletter and you will be directed to your personal newsletter subscription preference where you can tick to opt in or untick to opt out of all marketing offers.

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Debit Cards (Visa or Mastercard logo), Solo, Maestro and PayPal.

 

 

Are my personal details secure?

For your personal financial security, we use a token system through Sage Pay PCI DSS Level 1 payment service provider. The Token System is a safe way of keeping card details securely, without actually storing them, as Sage Pay converts your sensitive information into a secure token or alias. What is 3D secure?

“3D Secure" is a credit card verification service that has been introduced by credit card issuers to provide additional financial protection and security when purchases are made online. Once your card has been enabled, by your registering a unique password, a range of security questions relating to the letters and digits in the password will appear in a pop up box on screen. The answers to these questions must match those originally chosen for your payment to be authorised and the purchase completed.

 

 

When will payment be taken?

Payment will be taken immediately after placing your order. Once your card has been authorised, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your payment has been unsuccessful, you will notified immediately that the order has not been authorised. You will be asked to try again or use an alternative payment method.

 

 

What is PayPal?

PayPal is the most preferred way to pay online in the UK because it's safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet.

 

 

How do I use my voucher code?

If you have received a voucher from us, simply enter the code into the Promotion Codes box in your Shopping Basket and Apply Code.The value and description of your voucher code will displayed in your basket and you can proceed to check out.

 

 

What are TPW™ Loyalty Points?

As soon have you have registered your account with us, you will be able to acrue TPW™ Points, which are the redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. TPW Points are our way of thanking you for your loyalty and support. More information can be found at: TPW™ Points

 

 

Can I place an order after a promotion has ended?

Many of our promotional prices come with a very strict timeframe, in which to make the purchase, and often with a limited amount of available stock at the promotional price. Unfortunately for this reason we are unable to place an order, at the offer price, after the promotion has ended.

 

 

Why has my payment not been accepted?

We use the SagePay payment gateway for all our website sales which is one of the most robust services available. Please ensure that you are using a card that we currently accept (Visa , Mastercard, Switch , Delta ) and that the card number is entered correctly. If the issue still exists please contact our Customer Services team directly to investigate further.
