Helping to wake up, but sometimes I have headache
Bought these for my better half, and ended up taking them myself on days when I can train during the day (not after 5pm). Definite energy boost and increased endurance felt by both of us. Would recommend.
I wont take a tablet after 6pm again haha but these are very good. Description is very accurate and they definitely prevent you from feeling tired at the gym.
This definitely gives you the extra boost you need in the mornings

Usually i don't really feel too much different during the workout when i take a pre-workout supplement. This though helped me focus a lot more and saw me through some big PB lifts. I use this before a track session too and the difference is phenomenal.
