i-Surge Intra Workout from The Protein Works™ is an advanced intra workout formula that’s been scientifically formulated with the purest forms of performance enhancing amino acids and extracts. Serving Size: 25g (half a 70cc large scoop)
For optimal results, we recommend using before and during your workout.
Add half a scoop (25g) to 200-225ml water in your TPW™ Master Blender. Then shake well and consume.

This is a great product for improving workout speed allowing for you to finish your gym routine faster.
It mixes easily due to the iBCAA which are dosed at a great 10 grams per serving the taste of the berry variant is also refreshing and not sickly making it easy to use on a daily basis.

Must be mixed well, ideally with the TPW shaker bottle (with the mixing ball in) as it will come up grainy otherwise!
Thing is I'm not to keen on having a lot of caffeine before my works as you get with most pre-work products, so i prefer to use high BCAA's mixed with other stuff to give more of a natural boost that keep you going.
Overall not a bad buy, worked well before and during a workout, fairly cheap, will recommend and will buy again.

Great taste, not too sweet and mixes well.
Although, if you struggle to tolerate salty tasting products, you may want to skip this (due to the electrolyte blend) but it hydrates you, which is good !
While it does give me a bit of a decent energy boost during my workout, I found that it had a strange aftertaste which left my mouth dry and feeling dehydrated, which meant I had to drink more water than I usually would. It's possible that this is just the effect one (or some) of the ingredients had on me personally, but it would put me off buying it again.
Also I found the Berry Blitz flavour to be quite weak and not very pleasurable to drink with the taste of the ingredients coming through too much - again, this could just be me personally, but I would've preferred a more 'refreshing' type of drink. Think I'll stick to a carbohydrate based intra-workout drink in future.
