A quick and easy way to get fibre in your diet. The product itself looks like breadcrumbs (which is nice is you have some bread cravings).

Adding it to shakes is easy and doesn't alter the taste of the shakes at all.

I also found it has stopped carb cravings when using it. Weird, but true. Again, another staple in my diet from now on!
