Advanced Oats Premium Quality
Premium grade fine ground Scottish oats form the basis of TPW™ Advanced Oats and are widely considered to be the most versatile carbohydrate source in sports nutrition. This is because they can be used preworkout to effectively fuel a session whether strength or endurance based; post workout to replenish muscle glycogen that become depleted during training; or even during the day to effectively help ‘carb-load’ for a competition.
Advanced Oats& Multi-Vitamins
Our unique Super Multi-Vitamin Blend is then added to improve the nutritional content of what is already a great base ingredient. We carefully selected a range of scientifically proven micronutrients to help create the Advanced Oats formula. These ingredients collectively form the The Protein Works™ ‘Super Multi-Vitamin Blend’ which can enhance performance and the body's immune system as it contain 100% of your RDA per serving of the vitamins outlined below.
