However most protein formulas are absorbed too quickly and will only provide the muscles with amino acids during the first few hours of sleep meaning your muscles can become starved during the latter stages. Add 300-350ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender. Add two large 70ml scoops (60g) of Bedtime Fuel. Then shake well and consume.
The less liquid you use the thicker the shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.

It is not as smooth as a straight whey protein , I was told that this is down to the milk protein being a slow protein, not an issue at all. Have been taking for three weeks now and have to say that I do feel loads better in the morning V when I wasn't having anything at night .
Helps when you have someone telling you what to take and when , as I feel it makes a big difference to you when taking the right products at the right time . Overall very satisfied .
