It’s been scientifically designed to be the perfect low glycemic index carbohydrate food source. This is because it not only provides a slow sustained release of energy but also contains 100% of your RDA of certain key vitamins and minerals to help support your nutritional needs.

Advanced Oats Premium Quality

Premium grade fine ground Scottish oats form the basis of TPW™ Advanced Oats and are widely considered to be the most versatile carbohydrate source in sports nutrition. This is because they can be used preworkout to effectively fuel a session whether strength or endurance based; post workout to replenish muscle glycogen that become depleted during training; or even during the day to effectively help ‘carb-load’ for a competition.

Advanced Oats Breakdown

To ensure the oats are efficiently absorbed and used by the body, we have also added Digezyme® to the formula. This is the latest form of digestive enzyme technology engineered to help all the active ingredients within Advanced Oats to be fully utilised by the body. Again perfect for those who perhaps feel bloated after consuming too many carbohydrates in one sitting.

  • Vitamin B2 - Integral to energy production and plays a role in red blood cell formation.
  • Niacin - Shown to help support both anaerobic and aerobic performance.
  • Vitamin B1 - Helps to breakdown both protein and carbohydrates for use as energy.

Please note that this product is produced in-house at our very own production facility. It is supplied in a re-sealable foil pouch to ensure freshness and a scoop is included free of charge in every product.

Serving Size: 100g (two large 70ml Grey scoops)

We recommend taking 1-3 servings per day, or as required to meet your own individual needs.

Add 150ml-150ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender. Then add two large 70ml Grey scoops (100g) shake and consume . If you are looking to gain weight, then you may wish to increase your intake to suit your own needs. The less liquid you use the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.

Mixes really well and tastes really good. Not till heavy to drink either.

Mix it up with your protein if your going to skip a meal/ long workout/ endurance. Definitely feel the clean energy with out and crash due to low GI carbs.

These are an absolute god send. I find it very hard to eat in the morning before a workout so I mix a scoop of these with my protein shake and it keeps energy levels high.

I bought this looking for a quick and healthy breakfast idea. Don't know if I could drink it as much as the serving suggestion states. Though it mixes well for such a thick powder and tastes great combined with my lemon shortcake flavour whey.
Great taste, great mix-ability and with all the added vitamins and minerals a great addition to the healthy eating lifestyle!!
Add a scoop of protein for flavour then out the door shaking as you go.

love taking this 1 scoop with 1scoop whey and 120grams of porridge microwave best way to start the day of low gi complec carbs with protein and vitamins what more you want
It's just oats but better so in the basket they go
Opted for these new oats, mix well and great to know i'm not missing my vitamins, as quite often forget to take pills.
Brilliant in shakes, porridge (makes it a bit like ready brek ) and best of all because they are super fine they make the best pancakes!
