The pills are large, too large to swallow if i'm honest. I chocked on a pill on my second day of taking these. It was completely stuck in my throat, not a nice feeling! I was advised to take 8-10 of these a day for my goals in which I am doing but the only way I think humanly you can swallow them is to break them up into smaller pieces.
Apart from the size, i think its a good buy. Slightly better than the powders perhaps as some i have used tend not to dissolve, at least with these pills you know the product is getting into you and not stuck in the bottom of your glass.
Very cheap product, have been taking 3-4 times a day and I feel it has definitely helped my development and training.
