Serving Size: 100g (2 large scoops)

We recommend taking between 1-3 servings per day, or as required to meet your own individual needs.

Add 150ml - 250ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender. Then add up to 2 large scoops (100g), shake and consume.

If you are looking to gain weight, then you may wish to increase your intake to suit your own needs.

The less liquid you use the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.

Not really what I expected - oats?
Fantastic Product. I am somebody who doesn't particularly like porridge, or typically anything oat related. I usually add Ready Brek to my shakes to factor in carbs but I have to say it doesn't even compare to TPW Pure Fine Oats. They mix easier and taste far superior

I recommend 500ml milk with 1-2 scoops of Whey Protein 80 (Banana Smooth) with 1-2 scoops of TPW Pure Fine Oats. (Unflavoured)

This is only my third review in 5 years of training.
I've used this product (in the Vanilla Creme and Unflavoured varieties) for the past year or so, and it's worked well. I've been adding this to my protein shakes (made with Whey Protein 80 SF+) to get my carbs in when I'm trying to put on size or when I don't have time for a full meal before training.

The flavours are good, with the base unflavoured version just tasting like oats, and the vanilla having a strong vanilla taste with a slight aftertaste of oats. In terms of mixability, it works ok but like other oat powders I've used it does tend to clump and will give your shake a somewhat granular texture.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this for anybody trying to up their carb intake as it is a good clean carb source, mixed relatively well into your protein shakes, and doesn't cause bloating or any digestive issues.
I treated myself last week to a bag of these fine oats, chocolate flavour naturally. Upon consumption, I found that these are indeed one of the most tastiful meals I ever did consume. They are extremely filling, providing you with many hours of energy and concentration.

I mix unflavoured with a scoop of flavoured whey protein. Thickens right up after a couple of minutes in the microwave. Then I add in some peanut butter and a banana, keeps me feeling full through lunchtime! Only used 1 scoop instead of 2 the second time I tried it and that was definitely still adequate.

I LOVE OATS!!! Taste amazing
I bought a 1kg unflavoured for porridge every morning and it's great. I've had rolled oat porridge before which I never particularly liked, but these pure fine oats produce a really smooth porridge.

I use 1 scoop of oats, 300ml of water and heat for 2.5 minutes. Then stir in a scoop of your favourite protein powder, I like Vanilla Creme or Strawberry and White Choc, plus chop some banana and it's a great breakfast!

Would highly recommend the unflavoured, especially when on offer too!
