Filter Protein Smoothies
Protein Smoothies represent a great alternative to the more commonly used protein shakes. This is because they are traditionally thicker in texture and so many people enjoy and savour them rather than immediately drink them after the gym, like you would with a post workout shake. This is also why at TPW™ Towers we have a thinner, easier to drink whey protein shake for after the gym, but keep a pouch of Protein Smoothie in the cupboard to take throughout the day. It’s the best of both worlds.
