TPW Zero Syrups™ & Flexible Dieting
TPW Zero Syrups™ have been created to work with almost any diet plan. This includes the hugely popular IIFYM approach (If It Fits Your Macros) and the concept of flexible dieting. This is because with no carbohydrates, sugars or protein TPW Zero Syrups™ can be worked into any meal plan. Particularly useful for those who are serious about their nutrition, since it allows people to add some flavour and sweetness back into their diet which can help psychologically adhere to a specific plan. This final point is hugely important since, as identified by the International Journal Of Obesity, "regardless of assigned diet, weight change was greater in the most adherent compared to the least adherent tertiles. These results suggest that strategies to increase adherence may deserve more emphasis than the specific macronutrient composition of the weight loss diet itself in supporting successful weight loss."

We personally quality check every raw ingredient supplier and ingredient before giving it the TPW™ quality seal of approval to be used in our formulations. This is the TPW™ philosophy that flows through every product we make and sets us apart in the world of sports nutrition today. This stuff mixes great in some protein porridge, protein sludge or on some pancakes.

They were all nice, but the Cherry and Blueberry are amazing.
This is so much better then that Walden Farms stuff.
Next one to try on my list is strawberry
Blueberry 5/5 Great Tasting.
Butterscotch 4/5 Great Taste but could be stronger.
Choc Fudge 3/5 This is not very strong tasting and is not as tasty as the others.
Choc Mint 5/5 Added this to protein sludge and made it taste like after 8 mints this one is a real winner.
Maple Syrup 6/5 This has been the best so far, tastes like the real thing.
They are varied and all enjoyable taste is a personal preference but the texture and consistency of these is better than other brands such as Walden farms. they also don't have an artificial chemical taste to them.
TPW keep up the great work and expand the range with new flavors Mocha / Latte would be great. and Dark Choc.
I use them on yogurt or porridge and as a substitute for honey when baking. (The choc fudge is so good when making brownies).
By far my favourite one is the butterscotch, it actually tastes way more like maple syrup than the actual maple syrup flavour, second is the choc fudge and then maple. The choc fudge and maple flavours have a little more artificial taste than butter scotch but its not to bad. Really good for when your cutting out sugar and looking for a sweet substitute.
Chocolate fudge is amazing - I add it to my porridge every morning instead of the ridiculous amount of sugar I would otherwise be adding! Really happy to have found this product!
I have since managed to buy some maple syrup, this is also good, however I seem to need to use more to get the same level of flavour I get with the chocolate fudge.
Would definitely recommend

The flavour is a tiny bit artificial, but it's nothing major, in fact I ordered another bottle the other day, along with Cherry - Now that one is a bit more artificial. I'll stick with Butterscotch, nice and thick!
Very happy with this product, and flavour, and would recommend to anyone ho needs a guilt free sweet treat now and then :)
Great on porridge
At first I was curious as to how this product could possibly taste or resemble anything like a syrup, hesitant, I put my trust in The Protein Works and... WOW.
I have had, Blueberry(9/10 due to how sweet it was purely), Choc Mint(10/10) and Maple (10/10)! They are perfect!
I use The Protein Works for all my needs (Bulking and Cutting), and they are just amazing!
Who else thinks they should make a caramel flavour too?!
i often use with fat free yoghurt to fulfil my sweet tooth!
Have it mostly on pancakes yet to try it on porridge like some reviewers have!
I absolutely Hated the choc fudge. Not sure what to do with it as it tastes so artificial. Maybe I'll try putting on porridge as one reviewer has done, but won't get that flavour again. Will try butterscotch though
Oh the butterscotch? That's too good! I like the flavour too much. I've been putting it in everything. I love it in coffee!
Choc fudge I tried at someone else's house would you believe! I was offered some for topping my porridge! It was yummy but I definitely prefer both the maple & Butterscotch!
I'm looking forward to trying the cherry!!
They are the perfect addition to Greek Yoghurt and Porridge (not together...)
I have tried the Butterscotch and the Maple Syrup flavour and both are delicious. I would struggle to choose a favourite.
The butterscotch is great with greek yoghurt and pineapple as a tasty dessert.
And the maple syrup takes porridge to another dimension!
I have also used them to make protein flapjacks which they worked very well in.
Now I just need to try all of the other flavours! :)
Most of all contains no junk that sweeteners offer! TPW never let me down!!!
Both are great, but the Maple Syrup really is tasty.
Adding to the top of porridge of greek yogurt is an ideal way to keep that sweet tooth satisfied.
Pretty decent added to your bedtime cottage cheese dessert to!
All in all worth they seem to be a nice addition. It the first no cal syrups I've tried, so can't compare to other brands as of yet.
The blueberry one almost tastes like blueberry cordial rather than natural blueberries but it's really good and I love it on my weetabix!!
The chocolate one is incredible when I'm craving chocolate!!
Going to try the butterscotch and maple syrup ones next.
I opted for the Butterscotch flavour as it's not one you see often and it's one of my favourite flavours, I have to say it was very nice in my morning oats, both on it's own and mixed with honey, cinnamon, protein powder, whatever.
I'll definitely be sampling the other flavours and hope TPW bring out more flavours, Marzipan would be amazing....
Carry on with the innovative products guys!

Choc fudge and butterscotch are the best flavours in terms of tasting like the actual flavour. Blueberry is nice and full of flavour but is closer to a blue raspberry ice pop in terms of flavour.... Really nice though so don't be deterred. Maple syrup is good but very mild in flavour. Would def buy these again!!
Drank from the bottle (I know this is a bit weird), it feels like thick water, but when it's added to pancakes and yoghurt and other things, it really tastes incredible.
0% fat yoghurt, mixed with a scoop of Chocolate Orange Whey 80 with a big squeeze of the choc fudge tastes amazing and will help with any chocolate cravings!
The flavor is alright, not overly strong. I would prefer it to be a bit more flavourfull but for the lack of bad stuff in it, I can put up with it.
Just ordered a bottle of choc fudge to try.
I've steered clear of Walden Farms sauces because of the reviews saying they taste like chemicals etc.
TPW zero syrups are the exact opposite.
I ordered the choc fudge and maple syrup...i could eat/drink this straight out the bottle!
Wish I had ordered more and also blueberry.
The choc fudge is thick and super tasty. I use it on top of oats and muscle mousse.
Maple syrup is a bit more runnier, but none the less is so nice and sweet. Perfect on my oats and also egg whites in the morning!
One of the best things i've tasted, wish I hadn't discovered it almost 10 weeks into my diet, would have been the best at the beginning lol!
Can't wait to see if there are more flavours being conjured up! Highly recommend. Just make sure you order enough ;)
Thank you TPW - genius!
Chocolate Fudge a bit watery tasting but still really good and chocolatey! Will be ordering it again
Blueberry- tastes like a not so yummy version of calpol...shame. Can't get everything right though!
Chocolate = 5 Stars
Blueberry = 4.5 stars
Good work TPW
Will be trying the choc fudge one next .

I thought the one i was using tasted nice, that was until i tried this !
Now i realise the one i had been using tastes pretty poor in comparison.
More flavours please so i can replace my old ones .
I wasn't expecting much to be honest, but it actually does taste very nice! Only downside is I can see myself going through these bottles like its nothing.... ;)
I normally hate my porridge but with this I'd happily eat another bowl.
Not too sweet but when mixed in gives a really great taste and would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth
