Where can I view my previous orders?

 

Viewing your previous orders is straight forward. Simply go to myaccount and you will be directed to your personal account DASHBOARD. Your most recent orders will be displayed in centre of your account DASHBOARD. If you need to view more orders please click on MY ORDERS on the left hand side where you will be able to display up to your last 50 orders. 

 

How do I update my personal details?

 

Adding and amending your personal details is straight forward. Simply go to myaccount and you will be directed to your personal account DASHBOARD. On the left hand side you will find categories of your personal account information that can be added and amended by you at your leisure. Please note that it is important to keep this information up to date and not to add any fictitious numbers into this section. If for any reason there was a problem with your order or delivery then we will need to contact you urgently by telephone to instantly solve the query to your satisfaction. 

 

How do I change my delivery address?

 

If you need to change your delivery address then as long as it’s not yet been collected by our carrier we will be able to amend for you. Firstly you need to check the status of your order. Simply go to myaccount and you will be directed to your personal account DASHBOARD. Your most recent orders will be displayed in centre of your account DASHBOARD. Select the order that you would like to view by clicking on the VIEW ORDER tab on the right hand side of the order display. You will see one of three order update messages:-

Processing - We have received your order from the website

Picking - Your order has been successfully passed to the warehouse and is currently be picked and packed for despatch

Despatched - Your order is on it’s way to you.

If your current status is PROCESSING or PICKING then we will be able to make the amendment for you. If, however, your current order status is DESPATCHED then we will only be able to amend the delivery address by contacting the courier on your behalf. Please note that such a request will mean that your parcel will be delayed at the courier’s local depot for a further 24 hours and may be subject to an additional delivery charge. To action a change of address simply call our Customer Services Team on 0845 467 2411  (Low Rate from UK Landlines) or 01928 571677(Low Rate Option for Mobile Callers) and we will be very happy to change it for you. Please do not email as our warehouse is soooo efficient that your order may be picked, packed and gone before your email arrives.  

 

How do I earn TPW™ referral points?

 

The fastest way to earn TPW™ Points is to recommend your friends to give us a try. This is where it gets really interesting because every time someone you recommends places their first order with us, we credit your account with £5. How can I view my current TPW™ points balance?

 

Your TPW™ points balance can be viewed at any time by going to myaccount. This will open to your account DASHBOARD where your TPW™ rewards activity will be displayed. 

 

Can I send referral invitations to my friends?

 

Oh yes we would be very happy if you did. After you have registered simply go to myaccount where you will be directed to your account DASHBOARD. On the left hand side, click on REFERRED FRIENDS and simply enter the email addresses of the friends that you would like to refer. 

 

I have forgotten my password

 

If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgotten Your Password" and we will send a reminder to your registered email address. 

 

How do I use a voucher code?

 

If you have received a voucher from us, simply enter the code into the Promotion Codes box in your Shopping Basket and Apply Code.The value and description of your voucher code will displayed in your basket and you can proceed to check out.  

 

Why can't I order from your site?

 

We recommend that you have the latest updates for your operating system. However, if you are still experiencing issues please contact our Customer Service Team, who should be able to help you. Please ensure that you have all the relevant details to hand about your operating system (Windows 08 , Mac OS 9.0), internet browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) and a description of the problem. 

 

My payment has been taken twice

 

In the unlikely event that your payment has gone through more than once please contact our Customer Services Team directly who will resolve this for you. We will need some information from you to speed up this process so please ensure that you have all your payment details to hand when you contact us. When will I receive my refund?

 

Once we have received your Authorised Return back at TPW™HQ, we will arrange your refund or replacement product within 48 hours. If you have chosen a refund the payment will be credited to the card used to place the order and will become visible in your account within 5 days of the credit being made. 

 

How do I close my account?

 

We welcome your custom and obviously would like you to remain a part of THEPROTEINWORKS™ for as long as possible. However, we do understand that there are times that circumstances change and people may want to move on. If this is the case, firstly please let us know, at Contact Us, the reason for your departure and if there would have been anything that we could have done better to secure your business for the long term. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will organise for your account to be suspended. 

 

My home currency is not £ sterling so how can I pay?

 

Dollars, Euros, Yen - we welcome it all! Seriously, it doesn't matter where you are located and what your local currency is, you can use our website to order and pay online, as you would do for any online purchases. If your local currency is not £ sterling then your bank will probably charge you a small currency exchange fee when your purchase. We have no control over this conversion rate, as this is set by your individual bank. 

 

Why is my voucher code not working?

How do I open a PayPal account?

 

Opening a PayPal account is a piece of cake. Simply go to paypal and click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page. You'll be asked a couple of straightforward questions and asked to set up a personal password which you will need whenever you want to use the account. Once your account is up and running you will free to place orders with us.

PayPal is a method of shopping securely online. They operate a specialist dispute assistance process for buyers and work with sellers to ensure that claims are identified and resolved promptly.
