What Does Instantised Branch Chain Amino Acids Stand For?

Haven't tried the other flavours yet, but I do get bored easily and like to have a variety in my cupboard so I'll be adding Orange & Apple or Berry to my next order!
I use pre & post workout and helps with fatigue and muscle soreness. Definitely worth the investment.

I initially tried unflavoured - because I can't deal with the overly sweet flavours commonly associated with supplements - but that was a mistake. It really is a....strong, bitter, chemical kind of taste when mixed with water alone. It's almost like drinking nail varnish remover. BUT, when mixed with a super green shake or something else with flavour its not so bad! Add's a little bitter taste to the mix, but is easily tolerable.
Tropical punch is the way to go! Very nice, no bitterness and not too sweet!
I find tropical punch to be my favoured flavour from TPW. It tastes like a cordial and is very palatable and niiiiice!
