Egg Protein 80 from The Protein Works™ is a high protein source made from 100% pure egg whites. Egg protein is inherently low in fat and carbohydrates and has an excellent amino acid profile. It’s often the preferred choice of protein for athletes wanting a protein source that’s absorbed at a steady rate during the day. This is because whilst Whey Protein 80 is rapidly absorbed and ideal post workout and Milk Protein 85 (casein based) is slowly absorbed and ideal before bed. Egg protein has a moderate absorption rate, is absorbed over 3-4 hours and so is perfect for during the day.

Egg protein is also lactose free making it ideal for anyone with a lactose intolerance. A. It is 100% pure dried egg whites.

Q. What does Egg White Protein taste like?

A. It has a less appealing taste compared to that of whey protein so ideal to add to blends to boost protein levels.

Q. How much protein should I take?

A. It is recommended that you consume between 2-3 servings per day, dependent upon your own personal needs. A serving would be classed as 30g (one scoop) of Egg White Protein. It is recommended that you take 1g of protein per pound of body weight, so adjust your intake accordingly.

Serving Size: 30g (one large scoop)

Add between 200ml-250ml of water or milk to your TPW™ Master Blender, then add 1 scoop (30g). Shake well and consume.

i use this protein for my protein blend(100% advance whey egg white and micelar casein).
i use this blend for PWM and breakfast with insant oats.
protein blend are superior then whey protein alone for PWM.
I've been drinking this for around 3 months now, and really seeing the benefits!

As it's unflavoured I add Zero Syrups to give it a bit of flavour, and they really work. Good price as well.

This is an elegant shake, which is easy to take with either water or milk. in my opinion chocolate silk is one of the best flavour i have had.

Doesn't exactly taste like a delicious, flavour filled chocolate cake but for an unflavoured protein it's not bad at all. This stuff really works! Really filling too!
It's very hard to find a lactose free protein that actually works, been using this 8 weeks now and not feeling as sore or tired the day after a hard gym session
Obviously being unflavoured I knew it wasn't going to be amazingly delicious. But mixed with milk, it really does the trick! Not powdery at all and recovery is better than ever
I mix this with water and berry flavoured iBCAA and its just fantastic - a great substitute protein source.
