We recommend between 2-3 servings per day, or as required to meet your individual needs.

I have heard it is a good powder to cook with so will be ordering some again in the future for adding to protein breads and the like.
However it is brilliant for baking, wouldn't recommend it for anything delicate like crepes or sponges but an absolutely perfect ingredient for anything chocolatey, nutty, spicy... because of the dry flour-like texture, I can literally replace some of the flour with this part for part, and the high fibre content is of course brilliant too. I have gradually replaced all "nasties" in my baking with GF flours, healthy oils, raw products etc. and being able to add extra protein without compromising the texture makes things just that one bit better!
